The apartment on the ground floor consists of a large, round living room, Swedish oven, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, from which one with a shower, the other with a modern whirlpool bathtub, as well as a storage room and laundry room.
Air conditioning/heating, TV, Internet and WLAN (free) and a safe for valuables are available. A large garden place is also available.

All rooms have access, also with a wheelchair, to garden with sea view.

Surroundings
From the small place called Momjan, one has, according to tourist guides, the most beautiful panorama of the coast of Istria. In the local guesthouse they offer homemade specialties, with which one could serve the local Muscat wine, enjoying it in the nicest atmosphere. One can also find articles of daily use in Momjan.

For the guests who like to swim in the sea, they can choose between Kanegra, 14km away or Portoroz, at 16km distance, on the Slovenian side.

In the vicinity, there are also places like Piran, Strunjan and Izola, Koper at 20km distance and Trieste at 30km distance to be visited.

Climate
The Istrian coast is influenced by the sea breeze coming from the bay of Piran ensuring agreeable temperatures during the summer while in the winter time temperatures rarely drop below zero degrees.
